Stop 01 · Terms and Conditions

The terms behind our service.

These terms govern the use of this website and the transportation and courier services Bonvia provides. They also include the messaging terms for the secure sign-in codes we text to our own drivers and staff.

Effective August 19, 2026 · Last updated August 19, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bonvia website and the services provided by Bonvia, the operating brand of Mar-Tin Enterprises LLC. By using this website, contacting us for service, or receiving service from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

In these terms, "Bonvia," "we," "us," and "our" mean Mar-Tin Enterprises LLC, and "you" means the person or organization using the website or our services.

The services we provide

Bonvia provides non-emergency medical transportation, clinical laboratory courier service, and healthcare airport transport in Washington. Service is subject to availability, vehicle and staffing capacity, and the terms of any written service agreement between us.

This website describes our services in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer to provide service on particular terms, a guarantee of availability, or medical advice.

We are not an emergency service

Bonvia provides non-emergency transportation only. We are not an ambulance service and we do not provide emergency medical care. In an emergency, call 911. Do not use this website, our contact form, or our dispatch line to report a medical emergency.

Our drivers provide assistance with mobility and transfers within their training. They do not provide medical treatment, monitoring, or clinical supervision during a trip.

Using this website

You may use this website for its intended purpose: learning about our services and contacting us. You agree not to use it to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to gain unauthorized access to any system, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, or to submit false information.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the website at any time, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.

Messaging terms (driver SMS program)

Bonvia driver SMS program: sign-in codes and dispatch notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Program name: Bonvia Secure Sign-In. Bonvia sends one-time passcodes by text message so that authorized Bonvia drivers and staff can sign in to Bonvia systems, and dispatch notifications telling a driver that their assignments have changed. Both are transactional operational messages. Neither is marketing.

  • Who receives messages. Only Bonvia drivers and authorized staff whose mobile number is on our roster. This program is not open to the public and there is no way to sign up for it on this website.
  • How consent is obtained. SMS is optional. During onboarding, each driver is offered a standalone SMS consent form, separate from employment paperwork and system access, with an equal choice to accept or decline. Declining has no effect on employment or on access to Bonvia systems: drivers who decline sign in with an authenticator app instead and see assignment changes inside the driver app. Consent is confirmed in writing, is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and is not a condition of working with or for Bonvia.
  • What the messages say. Two message types. A sign-in code: Bonvia sign-in code: 123456. Expires in 5 minutes. Do not share this code. And a dispatch notification, for example: Bonvia: your trip assignments have changed. Open the Bonvia driver app for details. A dispatch notification never includes a client’s name, address, or destination.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Sign-in codes are sent only when one is requested, so that depends on how often you sign in, and are limited to 3 codes per 15 minutes and 10 codes per 24 hours for any one mobile number. Dispatch notifications are sent when your assignments change, so that depends on your schedule.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Bonvia does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at 1-877-BONVIA7 or dispatch@bonvia.com.

Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. Opting out stops all messages from this program. It does not affect your access to Bonvia systems: contact dispatch and the office will set you up to sign in with an authenticator app instead, and assignment changes will continue to appear in the driver app. Reply START at any time to resume text messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Bonvia does not sell mobile numbers and does not send marketing text messages. How mobile information is collected, used, and shared is described in the Text messaging and mobile information section of our Privacy Policy.

A sign-in code is valid for 5 minutes and can be used once. Keep your code to yourself. Bonvia will never ask you for it by phone, email, or text, and anyone who does is not us.

Requesting and scheduling service

A request submitted through this website or left with dispatch is a request, not a confirmed booking. A trip is scheduled only when Bonvia confirms it. We do our best to meet every pickup window, but arrival times can be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, and circumstances at pickup or drop-off.

Cancellation, no-show, and wait-time terms are set out in your service agreement or written quote. If you do not have one, contact dispatch and we will confirm the terms that apply before service.

Rates, invoices, and payment

Rates are set out in your written service agreement, rate sheet, or quote. Charges are calculated from the service performed, which can include distance, time, wait time, and any additional services agreed in advance.

Account clients are invoiced on the schedule stated in their agreement, and payment is due by the date shown on the invoice. If you believe an invoice is wrong, contact us and we will review it with you.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate and complete information when you request service, including mobility needs, equipment, and any assistance required, so we can send the right vehicle and a prepared driver.
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
  • Follow reasonable safety instructions from your driver, including seat belt and securement requirements.
  • Tell us as early as you can if plans change.

We may decline or end a trip if continuing would be unsafe for the person traveling, for our driver, or for others.

Governing law

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and it applies from the date it is posted. Continuing to use the website after that means you accept the change.
